Worse customer service

My account was suspended, Settled the money I owe. Its been 2 months my business is heavily affect. I cant access my domain and emails. I submitted all the documents to they needed still, My account is not accessible ..

I am been following up with this issue and no one seems to know what is the issue.

Worse service ever, they people they rude, as if they are doing a favor for their customers.
