Worst ISP by far, changed from Mweb to Afrihost due to Afrihost supposedly having a good customer rating when it comes to support and them being more affordable, well since we changed over on Friday 01 September 2023 when we tried to follow up on when the routers will be delivered we where told 3-5 days, then we asked for the login details in order to configure our current routers as we cannot afford to sit without internet as we work from home, on Friday I configure both routers and only one worked, to clarify we have two accounts one at our house and one at my mother in laws house.

The whole weekend we have been sending messages to the supposed after hours support with no feedback from Afrihost, one Monday 4 September 2023 still waiting for Afrihost support to contact us RE the second router, our internet went down and when phoning support they say both routers needs to be re-configured as they cannot see the routers, and then we get told that they are still waiting for our new routers to be collected from them and from there it can take 5-7 days before we receive the new routers, well thanks Afrihost this probably a record for you as we are cancelling your pathetic service, cool ideas here we come.
