Worrying times

Been with Afrihost for probably 11 years. Have to say there support is still and always has been-good with follow ups etc but my concern over the last few weeks is server problems, had the same issue last Saturday, cant get mail on any device. Called again to be told I'm caller 18 and the estimated waiting time is 24 mins!!! I was told the other week that my server was slow and needed to be upgraded or words to that effect but still constantly getting issues. Hate to say this but I'm thinking of trying someone else, great company this when they where small.
