Withholding release of line. New ISP can't activate line at Vumatel

I have asked on several occasions for Afrihost to release my line after they told me a week ago that the line has been cancelled and was sent to Vumatel termination list.

According to the new ISP is has not been done yet. Afrihost is very spiteful and does not care.
