WITH AFRIHOST THE CLIENT IS KING - THE ONLY PROVIDER CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO PLACE A BIG CANCEL BUTTON ON THEIR APP

Ever tried to cancel or downgrade a contract at TELKOM / VODACOM (Upgrades are lightning quick!) . Good luck! Not with Afrihost - they are so confident about the service they have added a big cancel and pause service button on their APP and web interface , no strings attached! I have been a customer of Afrihost for more than 5 years. I love the simplicity, flexibility and excellent online interface / APP they bring. I feel in control with their no contracts for data services , fibre, and cellphone options. If you have multiple cell phones linked you can even transfer data between the packages. The biggest plus is the CANCEL button. If you don't like the current product you can cancel at any stage - no questions. Note that their data products are slightly more expensive and you have to take note of the terms and conditions on i.e. cell phone contracts where i.e. data cannot carry over to next month.
