Wifi top up

My fixed lte provider. The inconsistencies this company and their systems have is unreal and totally unprofessional. I tried topping up and was advised that a debit order would be scheduled. When all the time before i could top up and they would then run a debit order. Certainly not worth it anymore. They dont reply to ticket numbers and emails. Im certainly canceling my package with them and moving on.
