Wifi provider problem

We have signed up at Afrihost for wifi. After receiving the router we have learned that the wifi is not working. We have phoned them a few times and after struggling for weeks they told us that there is a problem and that they will have to cancel our contract as they have a problem with theyre provider cell c. Now after that they have canceled the contract they dont want to refund the payment that we made as well as they want another payment for next month. We have to pay for service that we did not get or internet that we could not use.
