Wifi off more than on and nothing is done

Since the new routers have been installed, there is a problem wtih connectivity almost every day. I have reported this several times and this never gets sorted. Now there is a problem again! But we are expected to pay a full month's fee, but the wifi is off half the time. This has been ongoing for almost 3 months!
