Wifi installation 4 weeks later, no one phones back or provides feedback

I requested a wifi package and installation on 26 June 2021. I phoned various times in the last 3 weeks with promises of escalation to managers and requesting feedback and promises to call me back.This morning on 20 July 2021 I requested cancellation of the package as I can not handle the process of having to constantly call and whatsapp and nobody helps you and nobody does anything. The cancellation process this morning was faster and more convenient than anything I have done in the last 4 weeks since starting this process.
