Wifi down for 48hrs now

Metrofibre and afrihost seem to forget we are paying for their serves . My wifi has been down for 48hrs instead they giving me the run around as if I dont pay my wifi. For the love of God I am working from home. If I can't work then I don't afford to pay your service. Am I going to get a refund for the 2 days worth of salary I lose? You can't expect me for 2days in a row to give my boss a sloppy story . Somebody please do something. Cause honestly I'm at a point where I'm looking for reliable service provider far from metro fibre and afrihost as the really poor at delivering but quick to collect monthly premiums that increases yearly and Fairly useless when it comes to solving issues
