Wifi connection

I have requested a connection with Afrihost. I was charged connection fee and wifi delivery fee. However, nothing is working to date. I have spoken to more than 20 consultant telling the same story (reboot). I was even promised that a technician will come and solve the problem, but nothing was done I am honestly disappointed with your service. Clearly I paid for nothing. (wifi router delivery fee and connection fee).
