Why not to use afrihost
i have been having problems with my internet for 3 months now and have made many calls to afrihost.<br> first of their dns doesn't work, i have to use the one from google. second i have very high ping and my internet connection drops allot. i have spoken to many consultants and now one can help me, it was determent by a afrihost consultant that there is fault with my account and it will be fixed, this did not happen. their service is poor. I do Hope a senior person reads this

Our DNS is definitely working, so the symptoms you describe are very unusual. If you are using external DNS, this may also affect your ping, depending on the load on those DNS servers, which is why we always recommend using our automatically assigned DNS. The dropped connection could relate to a line fault, but we would need to investigate further.
