Why does Afrihost have some nonesense about them being the ISP of the year on their site!...!!??

2 Weks ago I was sitting with my friend Swannie who has had abismal service from Afrihost. I used to work for Afrihost. Peter , at the time that I worked there hosted his site with Afrihost. I assisted Peter when this site went down and succeed in getting this site up and running. So things were great back in those days. NOW for the past two weeks when Swannie tries to log into Client Zone we get this: https://clientzone.afrihost.com/ . Unable to even load Client Zone in the browser. Unable to login via the App. Unable to get ANY support...calling in, whatsapp, callmeback and submitting a support ticket. ***! USELESS!!!!!!!! I only rated them 1 star because I couldn't submit this reveiw without doing so.....
