Why????

We need one simple outbound transfer, this company seems to be unwilling to guide its customers through the process and also doesn't' seem to be willing to provide the correct information with regards to the necessary steps... I don't complain easily but this has been going on since the 17th of May 2022... my patience is now officially worn out since its 4th of July 2022...
