why are you cutting my speed in half?

I love it when you join afrihost the first few months you get full speed on our package, but after a few months they only give you half the speed. And when you call them out of this **** then afrihost is quick to blame vumatel and your router and everything else that was working perfectly fine when you got the full speed.
