Why am I Billed for your mistake?

If you're going to make a mistake behind the scenes don't make the client pay.

I cancelled a domain months ago and just got billed for it. Afrihost response was that even though they confirmed it was cancelled, they mistakenly didn't canceled it. So oops now were billing you.

Really? Come on.
