Where you are wrong, and THEY are right

STAY AWAY!!!!

First of all they promise a certain speed, which you maybe get half of what you pay for...then when you cancel, they tell you that you cancelled the wrong service... This after 2 months....

Worst customer experience ever.... They make you at fault for their fine print, the whatsapp helpline is just another keyboards warrior....

Have to pay AGAIN for a service that I don't use (They can see that), but at this place the customer are wrong and they are right.
