Where is the service ??

Without fail every month my emails go down, today I spent an hour on the WhatsApp chat trying AGAIN, May months downtime, to get my emails up and running to eventually be told that I will have to wait until Monday as the hosting department only works Monday to Friday. How is anyone supposed to run their company without emails? Now once again I have to take time out from trying to do my work (I start at 6am till 7am each morning to cover admin issues - i.e. email correspondence - But Afrihost are not at work yet until 8am) why are we paying for a service that is not available?? Every month is the same issue!!
