Where is my router

Signed up with Afrihost on 5 Feb2018 for fibre at home. Hardware provider installed and activated on 8 Feb2018. 23Feb 2018 and I am still waiting for a router. Only communication with Afrihost possible is via 'live chat' but this is useless. I keep getting told next week, but this is not happening. All I want to know is when I will receive my router
