When I contact Afrihost they pushing it back to mnt unprofessional is Afrihost not my service provider should they not lspeak with men directly to get me issue sorted

Been with them for a 1 month now 1st month got my 100 meg line 2nd month only on 30 im not paying for those speeds and no one seems to want to resolve my issue
