Whatsapp Support Useless Bot
WOW, decided to give Afrihost another chance, this time with Fibre. Been on Whatsapp Support now for more than 40 minutes with Trust M. The responses is so terrible it feels like it is a bot with no AI behind it. It asks a question, I answer, and then I get back the same question, and then a few minutes later I get "Are you still there". It seems like I have made a mistake again.

21 Aug 2019, 07:28After the horrible session above, I actually contacted the Whatsapp help desk two more times. These two sessions was handled in an excellent manner and if all sessions went like them a lot more issues will be sorted without the negativity of the above chart.
