What’s actually good about Afrihost?

This is truly the worst service I have ever received. After dealing with several consultants, only after 9 days did either one of them decide to submit our proof of residence to “get approved”. Thereafter they expected me to contact a different agency to release the line from a previous tenant and deal with Vumatel myself... in other words... they want me to do their jobs, while they sit on their bums. I see an agency by the name of Supersonic doesn’t have the best reviews of customer service either but Afrihost is no better. Atleast Supersonic is MUCH CHEAPER! And Afrihost internet itself if no good, our line was constantly dropping and slow, every aspect of Afrihost has been extremely disappointing.
