What changed? You used to be good?

Terrible customer service. Terrible ADSL Internet.

We have a 20Mb Business line with them. The browsing speed comes and goes. When I connect only 1 device to the router via cable, its sometimes so slow that I cannot browse Google. When I do a speed test, it says 5Mb download and 0.3Mb upload (and sometimes the speedtest website times out and the test cant even complete).

I've logged a support ticket with them, and received absolute sub par help.

Tried to call them for some better help, also no joy. Been online listening to music. At first they said that the "estimated hold time is 5 min", and I thought, "ok, thats not bad". After 20 min I had moved to the front of the queue, only to be thrown in the back again having to restart the wait all over.

I've been with Afrihost for years, and recommended at least 20 other people who now uses them (because they were very good). Now, I'm afraid I'd rather be with Telkom.
