What a joke

What an absolute joke our wifi has been off for 3 days you get sent from pillar to post with no answers, only to be told the line has been cancelled by who no one has a cooking clue eitger, they blame everyone else but there own service. No one has a clue as to what they are doing and how to solve the problem.
