What a horrid experience

What absolutely terrible experience. Joined fibre on 21 May. Have experience nonstop pocket dropouts & offline time ever since. Openserve visited at least 6 times and do the exact same checks with the exact same (lack of) solution. Suddenly wishing for my previous ISP (Rain) since I'm in IT and am supposed to work from home permanently.
