What A Company !!!!Afrihost

My experience with Afrihost has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. My internet connection has been down for four days, and the customer service has been utterly ineffective and misleading. Initially, I was assured that the issue would be resolved within an hour. When that did not happen, I was then told it would take 72 hours.

After waiting patiently for the specified time, I called back only to discover that no action had been taken to escalate the issue to an engineer as previously promised. Despite agreeing to wait further, the problem remains unresolved.

The customer service at Afrihost is riddled with dishonesty and a blatant lack of accountability. They show no respect for their customers or their businesses. If you are considering Afrihost as your internet service provider, I strongly urge you to reconsider. This company does not value your time or your business. I will be switching to a different provider and advising all my family members to do the same.

Afrihost operates with poor processes and an evident disregard for customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Mickey Mouse company at all costs.
