WFI Cancelation ,Promise not met unfair charge

If there could be a no star rating I would give them none I am furious with afrihost charging and takeing money for a service I was not even able to use and still unable to use even after countless emails and calls to confirm and I still don't have a internet. Why should I be charge for a line I can't even use. I'm still awaiting for setup and installation 2 months later from both vuma and afrihost.
