I contacted Afrihost to get the special offer they had on fibre where they pay all the setup fees etc. A rep from Afrihost informed me I have to cancel my Vuma installation and order it through Afrihost. Afrihost will then request Vuma to do the installation. It has been 3 weeks and each time I phone Afrihost to find out what is going on they tell me I will be contacted in the next couple of days for the installation. How does it take more than 5 days to get a referral through to Vuma so they can phone me to set up an appointment.

The service delivery and expectation from Afrihost is shocking!!

Worst of all is their directors an upper management don't give a ****!!
