WEEKLY EMAIL ISSUES WITH AFRIHOST - Causing me to lose business!

I am SICK of the constant email issues! Every week there is a new issue. It is usually simple to fix, like deleting and re-adding my accounts on my phone or laptop, or changing the server settings, but I cannot understand why this is happening so often??

These are business accounts and it is unacceptable that they are offline so often. Often this is for a few hours before I realise there is an issue, and during this time I do not receive any emails that are sent to me.

Every time there is an issue it is a new consultant that gets back to me and they have no knowledge of my previous issues, so my problems are never treated with urgency.

Afrihost is causing me to lose business and I cannot accept this any longer!
