Weekend hours a hoax

I'm sure it's ******* to advertise that you're open and available over weekends but when contacted via, phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat - you are offline. I tried contacting you 5 times over multiple mediums during your 'open' hours on a Saturday. Stop being so dishonest, and deliver the service that is advertised
