website suspension
My website is hosted by Afrihost but Managed by Komarov's Digital [URL Removed] The team of Komarov's Digital Perception warned me about chronical repetitive problems with afrihost and as AFRIHOST was not passing the preliminary test that KDP judge necessary to validate an ISP they also warned me that my website will at the end of june and that we will transfer to a more decent and public relations conscient hoster. To my surprise my website was out without warning. KDP forwarded me the documents and mail send by Afrihost showing a total lack of understanding, low management qualities and insulting. I myself waited for support more than 6 hours before they dare to answer . I saw the answer of Afrihost on hellopeter and it is very typical of the arrogance of a new rich forgetting their humble start. However my website need to be updated and i am loosing money and someone has to refund me. I have no hope that Afrihost can get it together to sort the problems so I prefer to take the legal advice of KDP and that we all get together and sue Afrihost. I have already signed the petition that KDP is circulating online. Long live to all those who fight bullies

We are sincerely sorry about the poor experience that you have had.
Unfortunately Afrihost is not subject to indirect liability where a client of ours is held in breach of our terms of service. We highly recommend that you engage with your service provider or seek advice regarding your terms of service with this service provider. If you were a direct client of Afrihost, we would most certainly be willing to engage with you on any issues regarding the service provided.
As per the complaint you have referenced, there are very serious issues which need to be addressed by your current service provider, which they have been made explicitly aware of and on which we have tried to engage with them on several occasions without success, leading to the unfortunate suspension of services until the matter is resolved.
Unfortunately it would not be correct for us to engage directly with or advise you, but we certainly would recommend that you seek independent counsel regarding this matter.
