Weak Signal and Slow Speed of Fixed wifi, useless customer support and

For what it is worth think twice before getting a product from Afrihost! When there is a technical the service and feedback you get is useless. You get promised immediate action and feedback, but alas you are the one that has to phone and email them on a daily basis. Its been 2 weeks and there is no change and zero feedback. You then get told to contact IS (Internet Solutions). I have now been told by them that they don't deal directly with clients, then why does Afrihost send you to them!!Just to think I was hoping to get fibre through them !! I'm glad I tested their commitment to customers and found them seriously wanting.
