Weak Service !!!

I tried to reset my password and did not get the mail. So I contacted the and they say the need information like the card I use to pay and a ID. I gave them everything but is not comfortable giving my ID. All that info stay on there system for all to see and twice in my lifetime I had to pay for accounts opened in my name. And to what will they compare it to sines the never as me for a ID when I singed up. They have all my detail on the system and they use OTP's. So is there no way they can confirm my identity!!!!! The can call me on my number or email me on my email on there system but NO!!!

I will leave it and when the payment don’t go through you can mail me Gian's ID and I will see what I can do!!
