We have to wait 48H for a response..oh and you can't have fibre

My whole Afrihost experience was terrible. Phone for support and then all they can do is send an email and have to wait 48H for a response. Then after 2 weeks all they tell me is that I can't have fibre anymore. They can go f#ck themselves and if they wan't the already delivered router back they can email me and I will respond in the same fashion they do!!!!

All that needs to happen is that Openserve must just lay a cable from the box in the street to my house but Afrihost can't arrange that. They are completely *********** of providing me with FTTH.

I phone for support and ask for a callback and then nothing. They only way I got any response was to hold the line countless times until a useless consultant comes back with an unsuitable answer.

Fu#k Afrihost. I am moving to a different provider
