WASTING MONEY ON FIBRE

Myself and my wife are tired of dealing with this isp. We have migrated our line 2 weeks ago. And paying for a 100mb line but have had multiple tickets and it's always the same routine and no result. They blame octotel and when I phone octotel, octotel says they sent them a mail and they are not getting back to them. I honestly don't think it's fair we pay for a line that we only get half the speed. Just useless people. Time for another isp
