Waste of Time- no technical support - Misleading Advertising

Just signed up with Afrihost - their technical support is useless - their so called 24hr support does not exist. What a waste of my time. Took 2 days to activate my account after spending endless hours on their WhatsApp chat, email support and helpline. Their whatsapp support is supposed to run to 4pm on a Saturday and they go offline at 15:30 while 'assisting' me with an issue. **** poor customer service. So mush for 'pure' fibre - getting 1 meg download speeds on a 10meg line....
