Waste of time

So in a nutshell I was supposed to get a new line today between 8-10 this morning. It’s 16h00 already. Still no technician. When the call centre called then conveniently I was told that it was scheduled for the 3rd May 2021 and not today which is the 3rd April 2021. Now that’s service with a smile. Quick to patch up your mistakes. Pathetic service. It’s been a week already. Still no internet.
