WARNING: Avoid Afrihost!

I’ve been a loyal Afrihost customer for over 8 years, but my recent experience has been nothing short of unacceptable! After cancelling my fibre service early in December, they are still billing me for the entire month of January, even though I’m moving at the end of December.

I’ve tried to reason with them, but their response has been completely unreasonable. If you value fair service and want to avoid frustration, stay as far away from Afrihost as possible. There are plenty of other service providers that actually care about their customers. I’ll never do business with them again and I’m warning everyone I know to make the switch ASAP.
