Waiting Four Months for Fibre Connection

Afrihost has got to be the worst service provider, I signed up for my Fibre in September 2017 till date i am still waiting for my Connection, All i get is your request has been logged someone will contact you soon, Months now nothing as happen, Yesterday i got an email after following up so many times, Only to say that its december and no work will be done now MAYBE in January 2018. terrible terrible Service
