Waiting for One Year for fibre connection

Afrihost is my current ISP and I app**** to Afrihost for fibre connection in February 2016. I was advised that fiber would be available for my home/office, and the installation would be done by TT Connect. I was told that it may take a few weeks. I received a new router from Afrihost within a few days. On 25 May 2016, Nkosi from TT Connect came to measure up, and told me that they will let me know when the line would be installed. This has not happened. I have made over 10 telephone calls to Afrihost Call Centre to follow up, but to date nothing has happened. I have also tried to email Afrihost, but have had absolutely no response. At one stage, I spoke to a supervisor , who promised to sort this out.....but nothing. I have received calls from both Afrihost and TT Connect staff, to advise that the situation will be escalated, but still.....nothing. I have tried to get hold of management at Afrihost, but this is impossible. Iv'e lost all faith in ever getting a fibre line from this bunch of clowns.
