Waiting for more than 5 days for installation to be activated

What horrible service from Afrihost and Vumatel. We are waiting for activation of our installation since Thursday 8 April 2021. We have been following up two or three times a day. Nobody updates us on the problem. Everytime you reach the call center you are speaking to a different agent and have to explain the issue all over again. The actual fiber installation and delivery of the router was swift but the activation is ruining the good work they had done. We are sitting without internet
