Waiting and waiting and still waiting!

I have not had internet since the 21 November 2022, it is now 15 December 2022, to date I have logged so many calls I cannot even count and they have failed to get Vumatel out to come and sort out my line. It's school holidays and my poor child can't even watch a well deserved show. I am so dissopointed. I have been made so many empty promises. It's very frustrating! Normally they are great, but Afrihost have seriously let me down.
