WAITING A MONTH FOR FIBRE INSTALLATION

!!!Wish i could give minus 5 star rating!!! I have been waiting since 31 October for Afrihost to arrange with OpenServe to do the installation for my fibre. I've been contacting Afrihost probably 20 times to trying to find out what the problem is. Tried to whatsapp them, tried emailing them for help but no one can get the simple problem sorted out. They've escalated the problem every time but nothing happens after that. The only update I get every time is that the problem has been escalated and they will get back to me but they never do. It's been a month now that I'm waiting for my installation and still don't have an answer why it's taking so long. They can't arrange installation, they said it will take 7-14 days for installation, yet I've been waiting a month now!! They can't deliver to their promise. No manager at Afrihost can get hold of someone or a manager at OpenServe to get this sorted out. "PURE INTERNET JOY" Wouldn't recommend Afrihost or OpenServe at all!!
