Waiting 2 months for Fibre

I app**** for Fibre in December 2017. I was informed that my internet would only be installed after January 15th 2018. Well what do you know, I get a call from openserve on the 16th asking if they can come to install my line. So, the technician came to me and said someone else will come to complete the installation. So here we are three weeks later and NO ONE from Afrihost can help me. I get referred and said they are sending emails to and from someone from openserve. I feel that this is pathetic that no one can even tell me when they can come and finish my installation.
