Waited an eternity for a service I still haven't received

I waited almost 2 months for fibre... Log numerous tickets emailed I was very patient. All to find out some of the tickets weren't even loaded and the ones that were, were loaded with an incorrect address. Never in my life have I ever waited this long for Internet. Up until now I'm still the one having to reach out to ask what's happening. I've never experienced anything like this..
