Vumatel and Afrihost is the pits dont use them

Afrihost is a waste of time company ,that goes for Vumatel (pty)Ltd as well . I paid on the instruction of the Whattapp help into an account ,only to find out that they only receive payments through payfast but this was not communicated to by the consultant via whattasapp,so come the 2nd November 2023 I was disconnected,just what I wanted to avoid,as my son is doing an online learner ship. I was then told by Afrihost to pay in another Monthly subscription in order to get my service connected. When I requested a refund I was told I have to wait 14 days for my money. I have phoned more than ten times to escalate the refund ,spoke to Johnson who promised me that he will work on it to get the escalation in process,this guy also was a disappointment.It is the 14th November today I have received no refund. I spent lots of airtime phoning this company. I am definitely going to cancel my subscription with them. Why must anyone wait 14 days for a refund this can be done immediately, when your debit order goes unpaid they disconnect you immediately. Please everyone out there please do not use Vumatel or Afrihost . services if you can help it, you are guaranteed to be disappointment. P/s I have been a client for 2 years ,all this happened because my bank account was compromised and I had to open a new Bank account and it was too late to change it online because it has to be done in a certain amount of time. Thus this headache of a problem
