Vumatel and afrihost

I have a fiber with them, i made payment for a service which I don't get, my fiber was disconnected on the 25th of June and payment was made on the 2nd of July but still my fiber has been disconnected, with no explanation, now they expect me to pay for August while my fiber was disconnected in June and payment was made in July, but the whole of July no we did not have internet connection.
