No option to rate both these sorry excuse businesses ZERO, Vumatel and Afrihost is by far the worst internet service providers in the country. 90% of the time you never ever get the speed that you pay for, aggravated by the fact that their internet is down 50% of the month. They have a what's up chat with generic responses and will never find a solution. False promises is next level, as per normal my internet is down for over a week, end users are promised that a tech has been assigned, but they never pitch up. Afrihost tells you they have no contact with vumatel which means that your problem never receives any attention what's ever, join Afrihost and vumatel at your own apparel. You will pay for DSTV, Netflix, Amazon and Prime and only get to watch your subscriptions 2 weeks in a month with massive intermittent issues. Vumatel and Afrihost will be your worst mistake from an internet service provider. Shocking.
