Vumatel-Afrihost poor service delivery

Been waiting for a fibre installation for over a month now. Every day that I can, I get a different story from them and Vumatel. When I try talk to someone more senior, I am always told about how the people only take email escalations from their staff and don't talk to clients. I am very disappointed, and now I paid for something I can't even use.
