It's with great sadness this morning that we feel that our rights have been provoke as a existing client.. Money is being taken from our account after we have been with this service provider for almost a 1year now and and a few months. We left RAIN due to there ****ty network and though let's support afrihost vumatell this morning my wife discovered that R50 somthing keeps being deducted from her account and she made contact with one of the agents via WhatsApp who wasn't competent and professional enough to explained to her in a proper manne why they deducting money from our account. He then said and responded repeatedly it's because when we sign up they deduct that R50 for pro rater fee. I fail to understand this! How can you be after months tell a client the reason they deducting is because we paying a pro rater fee. This doesn't make sense. I feel very disappointed in whoever runs this company seriously how can you guys rob us like that. This is flippen unbelievable. My wife also ask if she could speak to an agent with regard to the matter above. Instead of logging a call back they told her she needs to phone or email them. Afrihost I want to make this clear to use. Please get rid of this BbEe **** employ people that's compitent enough to deal with your clients or else use will have a bigger problem in the future.
